Video-Teleconference: The Board will be making a good faith effort to provide the public with the opportunity to observe the meeting as it happens and an opportunity to provide oral testimony without a physical presence in the physical meeting room. Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (8) of this eleven (11)-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Adding an item to the agenda, however, is not permitted if (1) the item to be added is of reasonably major importance and (2) action on the item by the board will affect a significant number of persons. Determination of whether a specific matter may be added to an agenda must be done on a case-by-case basis.

2.2. What Actions should the board take to:
2.2.1. How to allow relevant officials to hear and respond to community concerns?
2.2.2. Do we need any Board resolutions, joint Neighborhood Board meetings, or town hall with officials?
3. Ala Moana Regional Park Annual Clean-up Day
3.1. Setting a date and the process.
4. Does the Board need more Communication in regard to Actions in our Neighborhood?
4.1. Examples including a lack of prior notification of:
4.1.1. Sheridan Parking change.
4.1.2. Office to residential conversion (765 Amana St).
4.1.3. Road work on Kapiolani Blvd from Harding Avenue to Atkinson Drive.
5. Neighborhood Board participation in upcoming Parades. (Not yet voted on by Board)
5.1. Pride Parade
5.2. Christmas Parade
6. Neighborhood Board Visits and Community Outreach
6.1. Kaka'ako Farms Market (estimated start 8/9)
6.2. Other location to consider (Sams club, Ward Village, Ala Moana Shopping Center, SALT, etc)
6.3. Getting other Neighborhood Board members to participate.
