Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (6) of this nine (9)-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Adding an item to the agenda, however, is not permitted if (1) the item to be added is of reasonably major importance and (2) action on the item by the board will affect a significant number of persons. Determination of whether a specific matter may be added to an agenda must be done on a case-by-case basis.

11.1 Liquor Commission Application – Hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at 711 Kapiolani Boulevard regarding new licenses for Vintage Cave Honolulu (1450 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 2250) - Retail General (Package sales) and Restaurant General (Category No. 2 – Consumption on premises).
11.2 Alteration of Licensed Premise – Real Gastropub (506 Keawe Street) proposal to permanently extend the perimeter of the liquor license into the adjacent Woonerf for special events.
11.3 Emergency Operations Center – City and County of Honolulu Department of Design and Construction is conducting early consultation for a Chapter 343 Environmental Assessment for a proposed facility that will be constructed adjacent to the Joint Traffic Management Center at South King Street and Alapai Street. 13.2 RECESS – The Ala Moana/Kaka ako Neighborhood Board No. 11 will recess in December 2019.
13.3 Next Meeting – The next regular meeting of the Ala Moana/Kaka ako Neighborhood Board No. 11 will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Makiki Christian Church.
