Ever dream you could fly only to awake exhilarated and wishing you were still asleep? Now you can live your dream.
With our mobile vertical wind tunnel system, immerse yourself in the world of high adventure skydiving -- without ever having to pack a parachute, deploy a parachute, or jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
NO Experience Necessary. Our Fly Zone Team will guide participants through the entire experience. Virtually anyone can fly -- ages 5 and up.

- High-results training for the beginner to the professional skydiver
The Newest High-Adrenaline Sport
Are you looking for your next new sport? Look no further and, trust us, this is no amusement ride. Bodyflight requires participants to manipulate their body's position in space during the flight experience. Complement your current kayaking, wall climbing, or skiing activities by working all your muscle groups, especially targeting those in your core. Work out while having the time of your life!
Food Truck -- Great food at great prices. Open 11am to 7pm Mondays thru Saturdays, and 12pm to 7pm Sundays
Rockwall -Great for Kids and Adults! Everyone loves to climb walls and power jump even if they have never done before. Our environment is FUN and SAFE for Kids of all ages to enjoy. Great looking and Realistic obstacle panel design.
Bungee Trampoline - This high-quality sports apparatus is fun for all ages as it allows everyone, whether young or old, athlete or amateur, healthy or disabled, to leave behind their limitations of their physical abilities and perform stunts that were once only left to the experts and dreamt about.
Bounce House - Up, up and away! Enjoy a bouncy wild ride in one of our various character bounce houses! These inflatable houses of fun can be most enjoyable for the younger crowd. Jump around with your favorite Castle Bounce House. Our sizes are all 15 X 15 in size, and built for children as well as teenagers.
Arcades - New arcades with even more on the way fun games to play as you await your race, each with its own coin or dollar feeder.
Billiards - Multiple coin operated pool tables (Tournaments Coming Soon)
Darts - Multiple coin operated dart machines. 2 games in 1, 19" screen with built in league system

A project that has been years in the making, The Groove opened to the public on February 22, 2014, to a great deal of media attention and fanfare. The hard work has not stopped and we are committed to continuing to build The Groove, bringing new activities and attractions to our Kaka'ako location.
Centrally located in Honolulu, The Groove offers a day filled with go-kart racing, our outdoor climbing wall, an awesome skydiving simulator arcades and come grab a bite to eat at our food truck. We also have a brick pizza oven for the tastiest pizzas in Kaka'ako!
